How to earn Bully Paws, redeem rewards, and stack them with your other discounts.
The basics
What is Craft Bully Rewards?
Craft Bully Rewards is our free loyalty program. You earn Bully Paws every time you shop, and you trade Paws for rewards like money off your order or free shipping. The more you shop, the higher your tier and the faster you earn.
How do I join?
Create a Craft Bully account. That's it. You get 50 Paws just for signing up, and every order you place while signed in earns more.
Where do I see my Paws?
Sign in and open Craft Bully Rewards from your account menu. You'll see your available Paws, your tier, your progress to the next tier, the rewards you can redeem and your points history.
Earning Paws
How many Paws do I earn?
You earn Paws for every $1 you spend. Your tier sets the rate:

What counts toward my Paws?
Paws are based on your order subtotal after discounts. Shipping, taxes and gift card purchases don't earn Paws.
When do my Paws show up?
Usually within a minute or two of placing your order. Refresh the rewards page to see your new balance.
Are there other ways to earn?
Yes. On the rewards page you can claim one-time bonuses, and they're added with your next order:
- Create an account: 50 Paws
- Visit us on Facebook: 50 Paws
- Share us on Facebook: 25 Paws
- Follow us on Instagram: 50 Paws
- Birthday bonus: 50 Paws once a year (save your birthday on the rewards page)
What's the difference between available Paws and qualifying points?
Available Paws are what you can spend on rewards. Qualifying points decide your tier. Spending Paws on a reward lowers your available Paws but never lowers your tier.
Can I lose my tier?
If you're American tier or higher and go 60 days without an order, your tier resets to Puppy. Your available Paws stay in your account.
What happens to my Paws if an order is cancelled?
The Paws you earned on that order are removed from your balance.

Rewards can change. The rewards page always shows the current list.
How do I redeem a reward?
- Sign in and open the rewards page.
- Tap Redeem Reward on any reward marked Available. It's added to your cart automatically.
- Check out while signed in to the same account.
When are my Paws deducted?
Only when you place the order. If you tap Redeem and don't check out, you keep your Paws.
Do I earn Paws on an order where I use a reward?
No. Orders placed with a reward don't earn Paws.
Can I use more than one reward on an order?
No. It's one reward per order.
Why does my reward say it's locked or unavailable?
- Not enough Paws yet. The reward shows how many more you need.
- You're not signed in, or you're checking out with a different account than the one that holds your Paws.
- You just used a reward. Rewards unlock again a few minutes after a reward order.
- Your order is under the minimum for that reward.
Using rewards with other discounts
Can I use a reward with another discount code or deal?
Sometimes. It depends on the deal and on the memberships on your account. If two discounts can't be used together, only one will apply at checkout.

B.A.R.K. Elite members
Yes, your B.A.R.K. Elite member pricing stacks with rewards. You can use a money-off reward or the free shipping reward on top of your member pricing.
I'm not sure which memberships I have. How do I check?
Sign in and add your items to the cart. Any member pricing you qualify for shows automatically at checkout. If you think something is missing, contact us and we'll check your account.
Help
My Paws look wrong. What should I do?
Give it a couple of minutes after an order, then refresh the rewards page. If it still looks off, contact us with your order number and we'll fix it.
I had points in the old rewards program. Did they carry over?
Yes. Your balance and tier progress moved over to the new Craft Bully Rewards.
