What is the difference between the monthly and annual plan?
The annual plan includes everything in the monthly plan — plus two exclusive perks only available to annual members: free 2-day shipping on up to 2 eligible orders per month, and one complimentary custom diamond art piece during your 12th membership month to celebrate your anniversary. The annual plan is billed as one payment of $199 per year instead of $19.99 per month, saving you approximately $41. That works out to just $16.58 per month — effectively two months free.
How does the NFC card work?
Your NFC card opens the private Reserve portal. From there, you log into your customer account to access live member pricing, hidden offers, and partner perks. The card is the access trigger, but your active membership controls the benefits.
Do I have to be logged into my account to use the perks?
Yes. You must be logged into the account connected to your active membership in order to receive Reserve pricing and access. Scanning the card alone does not activate the savings.
Does the 15% discount apply to custom orders?
Yes. The 15% member discount applies to eligible custom diamond art orders.
What does priority processing mean?
Priority processing means eligible Reserve orders move ahead of standard orders in the production queue once all order details and proof approval are complete. It does not guarantee carrier delivery speed.
When do members receive the quarterly freebie?
Active members receive one freebie per quarter. Freebies consist of a variety of Art by Diamond Dander products, may vary by quarter, and may be included with a qualifying order when applicable.
What happens if my membership ends?
If your membership becomes inactive, member pricing, hidden-access offers, and partner perks will no longer be available until the membership is active again. The NFC card may still open the page, but inactive accounts will not unlock live benefits.
