Orders are shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers who require faster delivery are responsible for choosing an expedited shipping option during checkout. All transit times are based on carrier business days only and exclude weekends and carrier holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and is not included in the estimated delivery window.
Returned orders resulting from customer error, including incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information, will not be resent at no charge. A reshipping fee will be required before the order is shipped again.
