I thought the Shades of Purple meant that it would’ve been gradient purple vice solid purple but either way, it is purple so, I digress. I did have an issue with the attachment fitting but I sent an email and received an almost immediate reply, on how to fix it. What I had to correct, could’ve been corrected before shipping but eh, easy fix. I was grateful that I received a reply as fast as I did. I’d say the customer service 5 stars for sure.

I love how convenient the Pen Grip is! I can sit on my couch, crank out a pen or two, while watching A Lions game! Such a cool, necessary addition to my crafting life!
